Coaching is Uniquely Suited for Freedom Seekers

While I love helping people as much as the next coach, I will fully admit that I chose coaching because I wanted maximum freedom in all aspects of my life

Hey there, beautiful souls! Let's discuss freedom—something we all crave, yearn for, and deserve. 🌟

Before we dive in, let's address the elephant in the room: the allure of those "get-rich-quick" and big-dollar programs that promise money and fast success. Sure, some coaches strike gold, but let's be honest: building a coaching practice isn't a guaranteed ticket to overnight riches, nor is it the easiest way to make six figures and beyond. However, for freedom seekers, there are few other paths more conducive to sustainable freedom than coaching.

Ask a room full of coaches why they chose coaching, and almost all will tell you it was because they wanted to help people. While I love helping people as much as the next coach, I will fully admit that I chose coaching because I wanted maximum freedom in all aspects of my life.

I know firsthand the allure of having the autonomy to live life on your own terms. Coaching is the vehicle that got me to the kind of freedom most people dream of. I know it might sound like a cheesy coaching brochure but for real, I live with my family in one of the most beautiful parts of Mexico, I work maybe five hours a day four days a week, I love my work and my life.

Building this business did not happen overnight—in fact, it took years. However, freedom was the goal from day one, and from day one of my coaching practice, my life was freer and more sovereign because of this work.

Whether it's the freedom to chart your own course, work from anywhere in the world, or prioritize what truly matters in your life, coaching offers a level of flexibility that few other careers can match.

For me, coaching wasn't just a career choice; it was a lifeline to the kind of freedom I craved as a parent. I wanted to be there for my children in every moment that mattered, to guide them, nurture them, and be fully present in their lives. And thanks to coaching, I've been able to do just that—parenting on my own terms without sacrificing my professional aspirations.

Coaching has been an easy ticket to location independence for me and my family. Full disclosure: I used to think location independence meant being able to work from the pool on vacation. However, I've been able to seamlessly transition my career while embracing a new chapter of life, living abroad as the primary provider in our family.

But here's the real beauty of coaching: it's not just about the freedom to live life on your own terms—it's about helping others do the same. As a coach, you have the incredible opportunity to empower others to unlock their own potential, break free from limitations, and design a life that lights them up from the inside out.

So, whether you're dreaming of parenting freedom, location independence, or any other kind of freedom under the sun, coaching could be the key that unlocks the door to the life you've always imagined.
