The thing about a student cohort at The Coaching Guild is that over the months they are together, the group becomes more than a group of students—it becomes a family of sorts. 

At The Coaching Guild, we don't simply accept those who can pay. Our student cohorts, typically no more than ten students, are carefully chosen based on a variety of criteria. These individuals may not have obvious similarities, but they are selected for each other, and for me as well. We spend a significant amount of time together, often more than a year. It's crucial to me that I feel a deep connection with the people I am embarking on this transformative journey with. 

Last week, we had our final call with The Coaching Guild Group 5. This group has been one of the most beautiful experiences I have had in my entire coaching career. The Coaching Guild group five walked beside me through one of the most difficult years of my life. They lovingly held each other and me for more than a year during their training. 

Each student, as they finish the requirements for graduation, will complete their training with a graduation panel. We are now in the process of scheduling those panel interviews. However, last week, as we wrapped our last group call, it felt like graduation to me and it was truly bittersweet because although I know these people will stay in my universe forever, the ending of our formal engagement is deeply sad for me and for them. 

I am incredibly proud of this group. 

I am optimistic about their future and excited for their future clients. 

I am inspired to be a better coach and a better person by the time I spent with them. 

I am confident in recommending any of them to anyone looking for a coach.
